Something offensive or wrong in a deadline

Tap the ••• beside it and choose Report. It disappears for you straight away and is reviewed within 24 hours. To stop seeing anything from whoever posted it, choose "Hide posts from this person". You can undo that under Account → Hidden people.

My groups or timetable look wrong

Your groups come from your programme's class list. If the app says you aren't on it, or shows the wrong groups, email me with your programme. Don't include your student number or password.

I didn't get the confirmation email

Check your DCU junk folder, then use "Send the email again" in the app. The address has to be your own @mail.dcu.ie or @dcu.ie address.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap "Forgot password?".

Deleting your account

Account → Delete account. It removes your account straight away. See the privacy policy for what happens to what you shared.
